Plugin overview

DSH Quota Query Plug-in: There is a quota card on the left side of the message input box, which automatically switches with the current model to display the quota/traffic of the corresponding account. It supports manual refresh (with anti-shake) and automatic refresh on a periodic basis. No need to publish to npm - just package it into a zip and send it to the other party for installation.
