Terms of service
Rules and responsibilities for accounts, model API access and credit top-ups.
1. Operator and scope
These terms govern your use of the Get-Router and Get-Run Harness websites, accounts and model API services provided by AxiLink Technology pte. ltd ("we", "us"). The privacy policy explains data handling; the refund policy explains refund requests and review.
Read the relevant terms before registering, paying or using the service. Send questions to getcodex001@gmail.com. You must have capacity to enter into the agreement, and authority if acting for an organisation. Minors require guardian consent.
2. Accounts and sites
Provide accurate registration details and protect your account, password and API Keys. Manage authorised users and revoke Keys that are no longer needed. Disable affected credentials and contact us if you discover unauthorised access or a leak. Account and charge disputes will be investigated using verifiable facts.
An account belongs to its registration site. China and global sites do not share balances, API Keys, top-up orders, usage or statements. China-site Keys may use the two API entry points listed in the documentation; global-site Keys may use only the global entry point. Changing the entry point or display language does not change the account's site or balance.
3. Services and availability
We provide a model catalogue, API Key management, model request access, usage records, top-ups and billing queries. Available models, interfaces, limits and prices are those actually offered on the relevant pages and in the documentation. Roadmaps and download placeholders do not mean a feature has been delivered.
Network, model and payment services may be interrupted or limited by maintenance, capacity, faults or security needs. Unless separately agreed in writing, we do not promise a particular uptime, response speed or model output. We will handle service issues according to the circumstances and communicate material service changes appropriately.
4. Prices, credits and request charges
Check the payment currency, amount and credit conversion displayed before paying. Credits are for consumption of services on the relevant site; they are not bank deposits or freely withdrawable money and do not transfer automatically between China and global sites. Automatic top-ups and self-service withdrawals are not available.
Requests are charged according to the model, price group and applicable pricing conditions. Charges combine the applicable price snapshot with actual usage or usage estimated under the relevant rules, and can be reviewed in usage and billing views. New prices apply to requests using those prices and do not rewrite historical price snapshots.
We do not automatically retry model calls. A client retry or a new submission to another API entry point is a separate call; both calls may complete and be charged. Closing a page, disconnecting a stream or a client timeout does not guarantee that the model service stops processing. Billable usage already incurred may still be settled. Spending limits do not reserve funds in advance, so a single request or concurrent requests may incur charges beyond a configured limit.
A payment return page alone does not establish that a top-up has been verified and credited. Check the order status and verified billing records. If the status has not updated, contact support with the order reference and avoid unnecessary duplicate payments. Refunds are handled manually under the refund policy.
5. Acceptable use
Comply with applicable law and the usage restrictions of the models you use. Do not use the service to infringe privacy, intellectual property or other rights, commit fraud, distribute malware, attack systems, obtain data unlawfully, or create or distribute prohibited content.
Do not steal or use accounts or Keys without authorisation, bypass authentication or rate limits, interfere with other users, or probe and access resources without permission. You must have the necessary rights and permission for submitted content and manage the purposes and access controls of your own applications.
6. Inputs, outputs and intellectual property
Using the service does not transfer your rights in inputs to us. You authorise us and the providers needed to fulfil a request to process inputs to deliver the requested service, within the data-handling scope described in the privacy policy.
Model outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to other outputs. Permitted use depends on applicable law, your rights and the relevant model provider's terms. We do not guarantee exclusivity, eligibility for intellectual property protection or freedom from third-party claims. Check results before using or publishing them, and seek qualified professional advice for important medical, legal, financial or similar decisions.
Rights in the websites, branding, software and documentation belong to their lawful owners. API access does not grant permission to copy branding, transfer platform software or claim an unauthorised partnership with us.
7. Suspension, termination and review
We may restrict affected Keys or accounts in response to abuse, security risks, unlawful conduct, or payment and account disputes, taking necessity and impact into account. We will explain the reason where permitted by law and where doing so would not undermine a security investigation. You can email supporting information to request review.
You may stop using the service or request account closure in settings. Closure stops account access but does not automatically cancel incurred charges, complete a refund or delete retained records. Refund and data rights requests follow their respective policies.
8. Liability and mandatory rights
Each party remains responsible for its conduct and obligations under applicable law. Responsibility for issues involving third-party services, network faults, model results or unauthorised use depends on the actual causes, the parties' obligations and applicable law. These terms do not unconditionally place all risks on the user.
Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes mandatory consumer remedies, refund rights or personal data protections. A separately agreed enterprise contract governs its specific services, subject to mandatory law.
9. Governing law and disputes
Subject to mandatory laws and consumer protections applicable in your location, these terms are governed by Singapore law. Please first contact support to seek a resolution. Unresolved disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Singapore, or other competent bodies where non-excludable law permits.
10. Changes and contact
This page identifies its latest update. We will provide notice or obtain consent for significant changes affecting rights and obligations where required by law. Changes do not retrospectively remove obligations already incurred. Language versions assist understanding; differences should be interpreted reasonably in light of the service and applicable law without reducing statutory rights.
